How much does pursuing a Lemon Law claim cost?

Your Source for Lemon Law Information for All 50 States

Nothing!  Most states' Lemon Laws provide for recovery of reasonable Attorney fees.  This means that the Manufacturer of your vehicle will pay your attorney to force them to buy back your vehicle!  Sounds too good to be true, we know, but that is the reality of it.  You should know that if your state Lemon Law does not provide for recovery of fees, then the Federal Lemon Law (The Magnuson Moss Warranty Act) does! If you have a defective vehicle, whether it is a Car, Truck, Van, SUV, Motorcycle or RV, you should be able to recover the full purchase price of the vehicle or obtain a free replacement vehicle, all at no cost to you.

Quick Lemon Tips:

  1. Always research a vehicle before buying it.
  2. If your vehicle is defective, notify the dealer promptly.
  3. Make sure your Complaints are written down in your words by the dealer.
  4. Be sure to get a copy of the written Repair Order/Invoice for each dealer service attempt.
  5. Hire a Lemon Law Attorney. In most states, it is completely FREE
